Lake Rules
Our rules were developed to protect our fish and environment, and to ensure the safety of our guests. Please take time to familiarise yourself with the rules before you visit us.
** All anglers must hold a valid EA fishing rod license **
Fish Care

Anglers must be confident and competent to safely catch our fish and ensure they are not harmed or damaged whilst being caught or put back in the lake promptly

Anglers must carry fish care kits
Coarse Lake

Barbless hooks only
-
No keepnets to be used at any times

Unhooking mats and landing nets required (Carp anglers, minimum of 36” net)

When photographing fish, do not stand up with the fish in your arms, support the fish and always kneel over a large unhooking mat

All landing nets to be dipped prior to fishing

No meat baits allowed inc pet food

No artificial baits allowed

No plastic or imitation baits allowed

You must not leave your rods unattended

Fishing is permitted from a designated peg only

All fish to be returned to lake

Juniors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult

Strictly no swimming

All litter must be collected by angler and taken home or put in designated bins
Trout Lake

All fishing is to be carried out by fly only

Be mindful of your surroundings when casting

All baits prohibited
-
Catch and release only

When photographing fish, do not stand up with the fish in your arms, support the fish and always kneel down

Juniors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult

When hiring a boat, life jackets must be worn at all times (declaration form to be signed)

Strictly no swimming
